Perry Meridian High School

12:45pm	Percussionists arrive and pack up all needed mallets, percussion
	(Everyone should have eaten a full-sized lunch before arriving at school)
1:15pm	Others arrive at BHSN; pick up instrument & tux and load any bus;
	Dress in casual clothes and carry concert black
1:30pm	Buses leave Bloomington North
2:30pm	Arrive at Perry Meridian High School and unload everything from the buses and truck.
	We will be assigned at least 4 homerooms, two for males and two for females
3:10pm	Wind Ensemble be dressed and ready to move to warm-up
3:40pm	Symphonic Band be dressed and ready to move to warm-up
4:00pm	Wind Ensemble Performance in Perry Meridian auditorium
4:30pm	Symphonic Band Performance in Perry Meridian auditorium
5:00pm	Wind Ensemble Sightreads
5:20pm	Symphonic Band Sightreads
	Afterwards, change clothes and await results;
	Pack everything up and leave the homerooms spotless.
6:00pm	Buses Leave for Bloomington
7:00pm	Arrive back at BHSN; please put tuxes and instruments neatly away
