7:30am	Percussion & Tubas arrive and load instruments under bus.
8:00am	All members report to band room, load instrument and hand carry concert black in suitbag with you on bus. Check now for your tux shirt, dressiest possible concert black, and dress shoes.
8:15am	Bus leaves.
9:15am	Arrive at Indpls Convention Center and unload everything into our homeroom CC201. Percussion assemble instruments. Do not leave valuables in here; keep money with you. We will have some apples, water, granola bars available in here. Everyone else change into concert black and then warm-up.
10:00am	Soundcheck in performance hall; Sagamore 6-7
11:00am	Performance!
11:45am	Our portion finished; move to audience to listen to Columbus North Jazz Ensemble.
12:30pm	Concert finished; put instruments in cases, change clothes, load bus and go out for lunch.
1:00pm	Lunch in downtown Indpls (location tba); Be sure to thank Mr. Lenthe and Mr. Pratt for working with our band.
2:30pm	Load bus and leave
3:30 pm	Arrive at BHSN; Please help unload percussion, etc.
