Jazz Trio Plays on an International Stage

Lumsdaine-Rogers-Romy trio with Darius Brubeck (son of the legendary Dave Brubec) at Bloomington's Jazz At the Station
Bloomington North was been selected for the fourth time as the only public high school jazz combo invited to perform at the 35th IAJE Annual Conference in Toronto, January 12-13. Described as “the biggest jazz party in the world” by director Janis Stockhouse, it is the largest gathering of the global jazz community. Upwards of 7,000 educators, musicians, record executives, exhibitors, media, and enthusiasts attended the conference. The trio is featured in the latest edition of Bloom Magazine.
Service clubs, offices, and other groups needing some music, including for the holidays, may contact Ms. Stockhouse to arrange for one of North's great jazz combos to perform!
