The new Parent approval / medical authorization form is available on the website in PDF format at http://www.bhsnbands.com/wp-content/uploads/Medical-Form.pdf. Please complete either the hardcopy that has been distributed to all marchers or downloadable pdf version and return to the band directors as soon as possible. This is required so marchers can travel to upcoming competitions.
