| 8:00am | All other Jazz 3&4 members arrive and load bus (Be dressed in performance clothes; you may bring other clothes for later) |
| 8:15am | 1st bus leaves for Terre Haute (South Vigo High School) |
| 9:30am | Arrive at South Vigo and unload everything from the bus |
| 9:40am | Jazz 4 be in homeroom and ready to move to warm-up |
| 9:45am | Jazz 3 watch Tri-North MS Jazz Band |
| 10:10am | Jazz 3 be in homeroom and ready to move to warm-up |
| 10:20am | Jazz 4 performance (free and open to the public) |
| 11:10am | Jazz 3 performance (Jazz 4 listen and cheer) |
| 11:30am | Jazz 3&4 members load bus and go out to lunch (bring fast food $$) |
| 12:30pm | Arrive back at South Vigo and listen to Jazz 2 perform (cheer again) |
| 1:00pm | Listen to other bands: Edgewood, Jasper, North #1 |
| 2:30pm | Load bus and return to Bloomington |
| 4:00pm | Arrive back at BHSN; Everyone help unload the rhythm equipment |
| 10:00am | Jazz 1&2 members arrive at North; Load bus |
| 10:15am | 2nd bus leaves for Terre Haute (South Vigo High School) |
| 11:30am | Arrive at South Vigo and Jazz 2 goes inside; Jazz 1 goes out to eat |
| 12:30pm | Arrive back at South Vigo and watch Jazz 2 perform |
| 12:30pm | Jazz 2 performance (free and open to the public) Afterwards, Jazz 2 members can change clothes; take bus out for lunch |
| 1:15pm | Jazz 1 members meet dressed in homeroom ready to move |
| 2:00pm | Jazz 1 performance |
| 2:30pm | Everyone help take rhythm section equipment from the stage directly to the two buses. Be sure to get all your belongings out of the homeroom. Also, be clean and pick up all of your ``trash'' from the homeroom AND from the bus. |
| 4:00pm | Arrive back at BHSN; Everyone help unload the rhythm equipment |
Each band's goal should be to groove/swing hard, with individuals playing great solos. If the bands end up getting 1st Division Ratings, that's just icing on the cake. Have fun playing!
