(27 April 2008) Congratulations to the Symphonic Band, which, for the 22nd time in 24 years, has been selected as a finalist at the ISSMA concert band contest. The finals will be held at Lawence Central High School on Saturday, May 3. The Symphonic Band, which will perform second of the sixteen bands competing, will take the stage at 9:20 a.m. the awards ceremony is scheduled to begin at 7:21 p.m.
