Enjoy an unforgettable evening of music and fine dining in support of the outstanding North Band Program! Jazz Under the Stars raises essential general operating revenue for the entire program, providing funds for new music and school instruments, competition entry fees, and compensation for IU music students who provide special instruction across the program.
 Headliners
Renowned jazz artists Rachel and Sara Caswell will perform some of their latest music in the intimate café setting of the manor house. Sara, playing violin, and Rachel, a vocalist, have a wide-ranging repertoire of jazz styles. |
 Student Musicians
Dozens of students from the award-winning North Band Program will perform in jazz combos and chamber ensembles on the terrace. |
 Food and Beverages
In addition to the outstanding music, tickets to Jazz Under the Stars include appetizers and a gourmet buffet featuring a vegetarian Thai curry, a baked chicken entrée, and chef-carved roast beef au jus and port wine. Homemade breads, locally-grown vegetables, non-alcoholic beverages, and a custom-themed cake also will be offered with indoor seating and al fresco tables on the terrace. A cash bar will be available. |
